If I could give negative star I would, my husband got wages withdrawal out of his checking account without being the right person, when I called the court house and ended up getting all documents we notice it was another person getting garnished. When calling them regarding this issue they hang up and would never answer or get back to us. We had to get in contact with another company who helped us. They said they were going to send fraud documents for us to fill out and they never did. A month later when I finally got in contact with an associate they told me they sent a refund back to the bank. When I called the bank they hadn’t receive anything, I called back and said they sent it to an address but we’re not sure which address and they gave me a different date that they sent it. It took them 3 months almost 4 months to send us the refund. They LIE and is FRAUD I don’t know how they are still open! They are not even close on being professional and still get mad when the victim is not them. They do not do their job good.

I echo the reviews of the other reviewers, I even talked to Jim and told him no one would return calls or answer messages. All Jim wanted after i spoke with him was to try to force a Trust on us and did not care about what we wanted. Dan, on the other hand understood what we wanted and agreed to it until Jim got involved. Plenty of other good providers out there that will do what you ask them to do,

This place is AWFUL , I mean absolutely TERRIBLE at responding to anyone . EVERY TIME you call , NO MATTER WHAT time of day if you choose the option to speak to a representative you will NEVER get through to one . I have received ONE successful call back in the 3 months of maintaining contact with this law firm . The ONE call I had received got dropped (NOT ON MY END) & with NO attempt to call back. I had filed paperwork to try and work with a payment plan (via email, since this is the ONLY way to get a response when you contact them, apparently), the first attempt on an agreement they sent out was my entire pay check which is more than illegal as they can only take 25% of your gross income in the state of indiana if it was to be garnished from your check … I literally even wonder if they read the paper I sent to them stating what I worked & how much I got paid. I’ve also called them 5 times in the matter of 48+ hours with no attempt at a call back . Then when they do call you back it’s past their office hours. This place is a genuine joke of a law firm & all of their ratings and reviews are 100% accurate . And when they “try” to make things right when you complain , they direct you to, once again, another customer service number in which you won’t receive an answer ! LET ME ALSO NOTE & I had no idea about this place coming for me , I haven’t received ANY mail or anything notifying me that I am to appear in court, besides another law firm reaching out to me in regards to helping me with this case. When I did talk to the ONE gal on the phone she said they sent something out in October , but when I looked up my case information online , nothing was filed until MAY OF THIS YEAR. Beware , beware , beware, they lie , don’t answer , don’t communicate, I genuinely DO NOT understand how this place is still up & functioning .

Call and leave messages multiple times to get a call back. When calling it always goes to voicemail. They aren't good about calling you back. So keep calling and finally get through just to deal with them being very vague and not doing a very good job of explaining things. Honestly it passes me off how much they are like At&t

They literally told me one thing and now they're doing another. Freakin liars. Oh yeah FYI, I'm contacting BBB, a lawyer, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
