I want to thank both Attorney Karla Goodale and Attorney Emery Markles for their assistance in helping us close our home. We've actually worked with Karla on numerous occassions, and she goes above and beyond your everyday closing attorney. She is attentive, responsive, and an absolute joy to chat with. Emery was detail-oriented, resourceful, and extremely helpful in collecting last minute needs for our closing. After reading all the good reviews I decided to call them but was unable to get through after trying several days. The answering machine only give you an option to dial the extension or to look up by directory, if you don't know either you are out of luck. Although not prompted I dialed 0 and got through the receptionist, left a couple of messages and never heard back.

Same situation here, select the name or enter extension. It seems like you need a private reference to work with this firm. No use.

I have personally known Karla Heine-Goodale for about 15 years. She was a successful agent and an even better lawyer. I have sent family and friends to her and everyone thinks she is sharp, an excellent negotiator and really understands real estate law well because many years ago she practiced as a Realtor. She takes your business seriously and is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend her!
