I can't imagine using anyone but Liz Grimes for a real estate attorney. I've now used her twice on house closings, both selling and buying each time and she and her team are fantastic; she communicates extremely well and is clear on each step of the process. Additionally, she dealt with a difficult situation (when the seller of the property I was buying was not able to fulfill their obligation in a timely manner) professionally but forcefully and got me the outcome I wanted. She is extremely organized and easy to reach with any questions. I had no doubt that everything was going to be done correctly and on time on her end, which helped relive another possible stressor from the already stressful situation of buying and selling property. I happily recommend Liz Grimes and will continue to use her in the future!
