I paid almost 3k and the only thing that was ever done was a few motions were filed. It seemed like the staff didn't communicate with each other and the entire time I was always left confused. The one court hearing we had via zoom my attorney rarely spoke and did not defend me at all. When I would not sign a ridiculous fee agreement to allow the firm to replenish an "open" credit card of mine every time my balance dropped below $3400 on top of paying $1000 a month. Attorney Kristin then filed a motion to withdraw and didn't give me the zoom meeting ID until after the hearing. I missed it and had to call the courts and the the judge retracted and denied her motion. In less than 6 weeks the firm dropped my case and kept my money and is now telling me I still owe a balance of $2419!!! Worse experience I've ever had with a law firm. StephanieFlynn should pay close attention to her colleagues because you can't continue to do business like this and expect consumers to accept horrible service. This guardianship case was very important to me and you could careless and made it clear it was just about the money. Shame on you.

Stephanie Flynn worked with me the whole process, explain what was going on, was honest about the odds and how things worked, and kept me informed on what I needed to do. Her office staff and her were always a phone call or message away. The whole process can me trying and really test your patience. Everyone kept me informed and updated as much as possible and gave me warnings on how long the process can take. It made it easy to deal with and I really appreciate all they have done for me.

Stephanie took time to listen to what my needs were and made sure that it was expressed. She fought for me when I needed someone to do so. She was always professional and honest! Stephanie’s law firm every employee has great communication, respect and over all great integrity.

We went to Stephanie Flynn's office for a consult to see if she could help us with a collections matter. The receptionist told us it would be a $100 charge just to speak with her. We paid the $100 hoping she could help us and we did not even get to meet with her. Instead we met with one of her employees. The whole meeting lasted about 4 minutes. There wasn't really anything they could do as it was too small an amount to justify legal recourse and when I asked if Stephanie would be able to help us with a second collection matter her employee told me that she was not sure. I'm sure Stephanie is a great Attorney, but please seek someone who does not charge a ridiculous amount just for a 4 minute consult with a person who would not even be representing you. We are already in a hard spot having been stood up for money and paying $100 for 4 minutes of someone's time who can't really help you anyways doesn't make matters any better.

So I can't go into details, because she flags all the reviews that are negative with details, so there are way more than you can actually see. She takes more cases than she can handle, charges for Literally anything, And i mean a text answering a question she asked she will charge for. He staff do not communicate well and are EXTREMELY rude.
