They like to forge paperwork to hide their nefarious practices. They exploit homeowners, and do not properly communicate. They like to pile on excessive, fraudulent and predatory legal charges as their modus operandi. Sabrina Hunter, Anjuli Singh, Matthew Lieb, Linda S. Mericle, and Justin Cameron are predatory lawyers and paralegals for several HOA and community associations. They should all be investigated by the state of Maryland. Ironically Cameron Mericle PA in Greenbelt, Maryland received 2 Coronavirus-related PPP loans from the SBA totaling $631,073. They were given help and assistance during Covid-19, while they issued bank garnishments and filed excessive and fraudulent legal surcharges against home owners. There is a lady that works there that is SO LAZY. She literally said "she won't do her job until the end of next day". REALLY? When she literally sits at her office desk, getting PAID to do what she does for only a few hours a day. Her name is KATELYN HOWARD. She was so rude, evil, and condescending. I'm reporting her to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully she loses her license! There is another lady that works the front desk I don't remember her name. She is SO RUDE and evil. She was snickering at me the whole time I was there. She disconnects the phone on me every time and refuses to assist with any issues I have despite her company constantly collecting money. Their "lawyer" I believe her name is Anjuli Singh is a PREDATORY THIEF. She STEALS homeowner's money and refuses to respond to calls so she can constantly get away with the stealing. I'm reporting this entire company for FRAUD!

I have worked with this firm for almost 20 years and found that almost all individuals that complain are the ones who are not paying their condo fee's. If you do not pay your condo fee you create a financial strain on the comunity. You can not live free in this world unless you live in your mothers basement. It is a boards duties to make sure the association stays solvent and that includes going after owners that are not paying the condo fee so if you are complaining about legal actions then simply pay the condo fee. I know many owners that do not even know who the association's lawyer is because they are never contacted by them. If you own a HOA property and have never had a special assessment that required you to pay a specific amount of money in addition to your condo fee then you are lucky and you should thank your board for that. A special assessment is done when your property needs a repair that is not in your budget. It is in the bylaws that this can be done. Without a strong board of directors, management company and legal team a condo association can find itself in a terrible financial situation..

I agree, they try to get away with collecting fraudulent legal fees. They came after me after I was completely "paid in full." The case was immediately dismissed in court by them as the plaintiff because they knew they couldn't win. But they're still trying to collect money from me after the dismissal. Now they continue to file false liens against my property. They are totally rude and unprofessional. A title company that tried to contact them said that they were the worst they had ever seen. The wicked shall not prevail; I tread on serpents and scorpions...

This is a collection law firm, meaning if you are behind on payments then you will be contacted to collect what is owed. For those who have such a negative opinion about this company, you're probably the ones whose account was so delinquent, nothing could be done to help, not even God himself could pull you out. Cameron Mericle is a company that takes pride in their work and try to accomodate all homeowners (rude and polite, alike).
