I got a letter from these guys that said I owed a $20 collection fee on a $27 toll I never got a first notice for. This is

Dealt with these people after E470 misbilled me for a few tolls. I would go in to find the tolls being held at the post office because they couldn't deliver them to the obviously wrong address. Apparently they didn't even bother trying to bill me for the better part of a year. Threats and harassment would follow. Actually threatened to have the police somehow arrest me (for a misbilled toll? lol). Guy wanted me to "MoneyGram" him $4k+ over

DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE A CENT! Call the toll road directly to find out if you actually even owe anything. These people cannot hurt your credit so don’t be scared.

NEVER TAKE NORTHWEST PARKWAY IN COLORADO! FIND A WAY AROUND! Address was updated, car has toll tags, and everything was sorted to autopay tolls, still got a $100 bill that was said to be "criminally overdue". Provided all of the above information to the toll holder and was told that "it would be better if I just paid it", despite having up-to-date info. I will NEVER take that toll road EVER AGAIN. Absolute leeches.
