Reviews

They are attempting to collect fraudulent and exorbitant fees on behalf of DELDOT, which has incorrectly flagged thousands of cars as skipping tolls on Route 1 due to a series of faulty toll sensors, and have attached an outrageous $87 worth of administrative fees to every $1 toll - see the attached photo. I *know* they are faulty sensors because the other toll station on Rt. 1 the same day as my alleged "violation" occurred *did* successfully pick up my car's EZ-pass. DELDOT has refused to take accountability for their faulty equipment, and have allowed LGB&S to run amock, sending threatening debt collection notices to innocent individuals who should not owe a dime.
so i get this "bill" for a toll violation for a License plate i had on a Vehicle in 2011...the plate hasn't even been registered since than. that tag was last registered in PA in 2011 and ive lived in new jersey since 2014. apparently this "violation" happened july of 2022?? interesting. nice try but i implore you to not send me any other notices or i will seek legal action against your firm.
So this company is working with the Oregon State government to create new "parking violations" and extort people for money. They charge you and then 6 months after you pay create new charges from 2-3 years ago and threaten to garnish your wages. They have no way of verifying that these parking violations are actually real or legitimate but expect you to pay. It's a total racket.
I also received a letter today (first time) claiming that I owe $88 for a $1.40 toll that I allegedly did not pay two years ago (2021) in Delaware. First off, the license plate number on the letter is not mine. Second, I don't live in Delaware or travel to Delaware and I have photos on my phone from the date they are claiming I have this unpaid toll which proves that I was not in Delaware. Third, I tried calling the number on the letter to this Law Office and no one picks up, I've been on hold for 20 minutes. Fourth, I'm going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and the FTC.
Received a bill from this "law firm" on behalf of the Massachusetts DMV for unpaid tolls. It arrived a month after I already paid the tolls. So I'm not sure what's going on here, but based on the other reviews, it definitely seems like some sort of scam. I'm not sending them a dime. Especially since they are asking for $50 to cover $4 in tolls. I hope nobody sends them anything!
