They are very resourceful you have 1 or 2 that take their job too serious and not try and relate with you as a person but if you get Mrs Collen she a 5star status in helping. You will hang up very satisfied. I only rated them 4 stars for the 2 bad apples i encountered.

They out of the blue sent my fiancee a letter!! Over something stupid!! Number 1 a Seat belt that I was thinking it was messed up! Not his fault!! & this being over "OR" around 20 years ago come on people!! & swiping a card on a bus that doesn't go through & it being a dollar ride!! Sounds like they needed another Machine! Why don't they help the transportation company out of their own pocket..... bank account & stop trying to steal from everyone else's!! & they claim over a thousand dollar! What is wrong with you people?? Seriously you all are Thiefs talk about Highway Robbery rather legit "OR" not!! Look up the credit ordea!! & that doesn't end up with a charge amount like that!! I think you people have lost your Marbles!! Sorry people we can't help you all to find them!!!! Not everyone was born with a silver spoon in their mouths!! Sounds like someone is stealing from others! Good luck with trying to take from innocent people that are barely getting by!!!!

Literal scammers. Sent me separate bills to 2 separate addresses with a FAKE court website listed. The case numbers they tried to charge me for DON'T EXIST. Almost gave me a heart attack until I looked into them with the better business bureau (where every review lists them as the scam they are) Will be calling them in the morning to discuss this absolutely horrendous behavior.

Can your office quite sending letters to my father. He passed away 2016, and this triggers me when you're office sends letters and I return them .

You keep mailing me junk for a similarly named business that does not exist. You were explained in detail the situation but persist. Maybe come off autopilot for 5 minutes and take a second look.
