She is dependable and very well-respected in the South Florida legal community. If you have any issues with construction, you want Lana on your side.

I have hired LMM Legal for over a year in 3 files. Lana Naghshineh had told me that I was her biggest client. During this year I had a lot of trouble working with her, she never returned my calls or emails. I had to insist she answer me. I had to wait several days or weeks to get her answer. She was never reachable and she told me every time she had family problems. She drafts important documents at the last minute without having the time to review them or correct them. She never gave me any legal advice, as soon as she received a document she would transfer it to me without any explanation or advice. During a mediation, around 4 pm I asked her to give me an account of the day, but she refused,telling me that she was too tired ! My new lawyer has indicated that she has put in my complaint points extremely dangerous for me, with risks of condemnations. She never gave me any legal advice. Recently she sent me a letter informing me that she will withdraw from all my files immediately without notice. We do not understand his reaction, we are shocked by his decision. But the most shocking is that she sends us her final bill with unjustified fees. There are amounts for court fees and also fees for a contingency however there is no agreement signed and achieved between the parties. I have contacted her for these fees several times by email, sms, phone, but for two weeks she does not answer me anymore ! I have never seen such behavior on the part of a lawyer. I have no more news of her. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. It is against the ethics. We will bring a complaint to the Florida Bar Association to report his behavior. She has never defended my interests, and she did not know how to negotiate. In a file, she recommended me to accept a small amount, I refused and I negotiate in its place 10 times the amount !!! Also the most shocking is when the opposing lawyer told him an argument, without verifying his argument she told me to accept and modify my documents. This is a serious professional misconduct to amend a file without verifying. This is a professional mistake and against the protection of our interest. We have lost a lot of time and money from working with Lana, and are shocked at her behavior towards us when we have always respected her and paid all her bills. Do not answer his clients is serious and this does not respect the ethics of a lawyer. I do not recommend Lana from LMN legal. She works alone, she does not have an employee, she has never been available and responds several days or weeks late. After all these different behaviors, I think this advocat is not ethical and does not respect its customers. I do not recommend it to you.

Bad service with LMN legal , Lana Nagshineh never return my emails and calls, I received invoices with false amount. She refuses to provide me the proof of the invoices ! Never she accept to speak with me, I left many voicemails but never she call back. She says that she is tired and that she has family issues. Never I saw that, I dont recommend this firm and this attorney. She is not professional and doesnt respect the ethics of the lawyers. I am shocked by her behavior !
