I called instead of payments for a debt I have called when my first payment was due to figure out how to pay online over phone you cant the lady was rude told me The payment was due in full and when I tried telling her that I had arranged payments for so much a month she was told me that did not matter and that they were a debt collector and when I had asked about getting a statement she told me I would not get one because they are a debt collection and are not entitled to give me a statement of my balance I had asked for her supervisor was given a answering machine I eventually got a statement in the mail from them but nobody called me back I will be calling back to see if they make this right well update

my mom fell down the stairs and broke her neck back in august and has been out of work since. She ended up needing surgery back in November. she called these people and explained her situation as she was on a payment plan, she explained she had no income at the moment but made a payment and let them know it was going to fall behind and they were completely understanding and told her to focus on healing. She called today to try and catch everything up and was told a bank garnishment was issued over 30 days ago (bank has 45 to respond) ,and the woman was rude even telling her that as if she was trying to hide it. They said they made attempts to contact her (1 phone call no message) and a letter to which she never received. I know people who owe money often make these same statements but in my moms case it’s a fact! They absolutely led her to believe things were fine just to go and take what she has directly from her account. They knew she wasn’t working, knew she required surgery that would keep her from working, knowing they couldn’t garnish without a check told her not to worry when she did call and then took it anyway knowing she didn’t have the full amount in the first place. Dirty dirty debt collectors my you all have the year you deserve!

Know who you're dealing with here! Get everything in writing, I mean everything!! These guys are debt collectors so beware! Do not in any give them electronic access to you access!!

Absolutely horrible law firm. Snuck around knowing my grandma is retired and got a judgement to garnish the school. When that couldn't happen got even more shady and filed a garnishment against her checking account while she's dieing for the less than 300 a month in retirement that goes in it. Absolutely trash!!!!

This is a criminal organization. I resolved my debt with the credit card company. And they kept trying to take me to court over a matter that was already resolved period they will not answer calls and they will not speak directly with the person that they are supposedly suing.
