We are so incredibly lucky to have found Louis Chapman. We're not from NJ and Louis made the process of closing on our home so effortless and so smooth with his expertise and patience with us. He was always reachable and always ready to answer our (many!) questions. On top of that, he's funny and just generally a charm to work with. Highly recommend him and his firm for anyone needing legal work.

As everyone knows, buying a home is a stressful experience. Louis guided us through three attorney review processes - the first two of which were the stuff of nightmares. Louis was always extremely reachable via his cell phone, email or office and was patient enough to explain things related to tricky contract language when decisions needed to be made quickly and with my fiancé in tears on the other line. I’d definitely recommend Louis.

Louis represented me when I bought my house. He provided an exceptional legal service. He is attentive, knowledgeable, committed, and down to earth attorney. When it was time to sell my house, I knew exactly who to call. Selling home can be emotionally volatile, at least it was in my case. I greatly appreciate his advices in both times and his cool headed, charming personality. When I had a co-op property in New York, I've had an attorney from a renowned law firm in Manhattan and an attorney from a boutique law firm. I wasn't quite satisfied with either attorney. Louis Chapman office provides attention and care that big law firms just can't supply but all the while, top-notch expertise of seasoned attorneys.
