Hired them after googling an attorney in the Alvin area for my son's citation. Was a little worried knowing this was for a juvenile and hoping for the best. All in all worked out for us! They did what they said they would do and got my son's ticket dismissed! Would defiantly recommend!

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY CRIMINAL CASES, FEDERAL CASES. My husband’s case could have been fought for and he didn’t do that at all there was so many things that were not taken care of by Sebastian from start to finish. The lack of communication is horrible! In the beginning they will communicate here and there as long as they get their money once you pay off the amount they slowly stop communicating. I am not sure if it was good or bad that my husband’s court kept getting reset but it was a waste of a year if nothing was going to be done to reduce his sentence. We had over 70+ recommendation letter from family, friends, and co workers and they didn’t even submit them until the night before my husbands court knowing we were facing a tough judge, even the judge David Hitner told him he was failing to do his job for his client. Sebastian NEVER went over the psi report with my husband, if he would have that would have gave us more than enough time to prepare ourselves or even hire a better attorney regardless of the money we had already lost with this law firm. He’s so unprofessional, every time I would call I would get the run arounds it was always hard to get in contact with him. A few days after my husband was sentenced I went to pick up his file and the people at the law firm gave me a hard time after speaking and waiting 2hrs+ I was able to get my husband’s file. Inside the envelope with all the letter that were provided to him had a letter stating he no longer represents my husbands case. He couldn’t even give me that or tell me that was in there, but says it was mailed to me. So ridiculous of a law firm. Please make sure you just don’t hire this law firm because you are hearing what you want yo hear, they are so good at sugar coating everything and making it seem like everything is ok when it’s not.

I would highly recommend Lozano Law Offices. My daughter received a traffic citation which we felt was unwarranted. I met with Sebastian, he took the time to listen to all the details to understand the circumstances. We were also able to provide pictures to disprove the officer's case. He was able to get the matter resolved for us without the need to go back to court. Juanita was also great through-out the process. She was very kind, professional, and extremely responsive.
