I would rate him with negative stars if I could. Used him to buy and I thought it would be an easier transaction when I sold. Before the transaction was over, everything was good. After he received his money and an error was made that he didn’t catch, he was nowhere to be found. If anything happens after the deal is done and all parties received their money, do not look for him to fight for you. As an attorney, he should know better but honestly he doesn’t care. As long as he gets his money. I would never use him again even if my life depended on it!
