The took forever to handle the case done!!!! Do not come over here! I been sending my case long time ago they haven't send it to immigration yet so far. I am so tired of they are saying, ok I will send email to you by afternoon, because it never happened! I don't know how long they are going to hold my case till sent it to immigration, I do not recommend people come to here!!!!! nnFollowing up: nCurrently, I am still working my case with Lucy Lu and she has returned in response with much attention. It has been four months since I have started this process, however, I have not received a response yet from the immigration bureau. I will continue watching close on my case with Lucy until I obtain more results on this matter. Until I have gained a satisfactory service from her, I will abstain from changing my rating as I deem appropriate for my particular situation in dealing with Lucy Lu.

Scheduled a consultation appointment and on the appointment date there were 3 notifications sent from Lucy Lu & Associates, 24 hours, an hour, and 10 minutes before the appointment as reminders. nnAppointment was scheduled for 3:00 - 3:30 PM but I went in to wait at 2PM because I didn't want to be late and respected her time. However, I waited until 3:45PM and during my wait no one updated me anything on the delay. nnI left and then was called by Lucy Lu, who explained that the delay was caused by a "computer issue". Although she offered to reschedule, my first impression, together with many other negative reviews here, steered me away from this firm. nnMy experience was 3 hours (together with commute to the very busy Lenox area) wasted at Lucy Lu's. nnWould not personally recommend; it has been a waste of time for me.
