I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an extremely complicated case that on consults other Attorney’s told me I didn’t have a chance - he would get almost everything. Lynda Bentley is a piranha. She got me more then I asked for and I came out with the majority of assets. She’s definitely not the cheapest but well worth every penny you spend.

I've known or worked with her office for about five years now and Lynda's helped me and my family with my mother's medical power of attorney, directives, wills, and finalizing my property deed. Her office staff is top notch; helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I look forward to continue having her office as my "legal go to!" I really don't know what I would have done without Lynda in my corner during my divorce. She is such a strong and knowledgeable attorney. Her team was really on the ball and I am more than happy how everything turned out. I have referred many friends and family members to her office for divorces, custody cases, and wills and all of them have thanked me!

Do NOT hire this attorney. She will overcharge you and take you for everything you have. Doesn't listen to or consult with client. The only time she shows you any compassion is when she is trying to get you to hire her. She is rude and condescending. There are plenty of attorneys thay will do a good job at half of what she charges. Response to Owner: When the next attorney you hire is just as experienced and respected in the divorce attorney business, hears how much I spent just to get to temporary orders with Ms. Bentley, and their jaw hit the floor and says you grossly overpaid..... That speaks volumes about your practice. This attorney did not zealously represent me, and there were no highly litigious parties in this matter that fought about everything.

She is hands down the best lawyer my husband and I have had. She knows her stuff. Very demanding in court and gets you what you want. Our case has been a year long and she has alway been quick in response with us. She got us custody of my husbands son, which is very difficult to do. Worth every penny!!!!
