Sorry to report a one star and if zero stars was an option that would have been my choice! I paid $65.00 up front before any work was done - 24 hours later they called to tell me to what I already knew! The diagnosis wasn't a surprise as it was the EXACT REASON I took my HP printer in to them. They said my printer could not be repaired and they would order new one for me.. quoted a ridiculous price! Then asked if I wanted to leave my "broken" printer with them! AHHHH no! Brand new cartridges [the issue to start with] and then they could use it. for parts - hell no! I mean.. is this how we do things now.. you pay for no service! Had I been informed there was an up front fee when I called prior to driving down there - I would have passed on them! I feel foolish though learned my lesson and will do my part and warn others considering using this business!

Took my lap top in was told they could repair. Charged 90.00 and it does not work at all now. Terrible

The charged 75 just for diagnosis and offered the cost much higher than the other shop (excluding the 75$) and never refunded me... the guy charged in advance... I would not go there!

Bait and switch. He said $35 to find lost password. Cost was $180, & laptop had new problems. Don't trust them
