My wife & I recently purchased our 1st home & this firm was recommended by my mother in law who used the same firm when she purchased a home as well. Lav Patel was assigned to us & we couldn't be more satisfied with the job he did for us. He was was very attentive & listened to all our concerns. He responded via email if he was not able to talk on the phone in a very timely fashion. Lav's level of professionalism is unmatched. He went to bat for us with opposing counsel as if we were family. On the day of our closing, he even posed for pictures with my wife & although they both had masks on, I could see him smiling through the mask. This firm is very lucky to have him & so were we. I've been using J Dibbini & Associates for ~10 years now to handle all my real estate transactions. Jim and his team have comprehensive knowledge of not just the judicial side of things but also great insight into whats coming down the pike from the law making side. In one of those that was the most memorable, Jim was instrumental in helping my structure a rather unique bespoke transaction that had built-in structural downside protection, in addition to the standard purchase/sale agreement.
