Garnished my wife and I's account for the same debt twice without ever actually collecting the funds from our bank. When we went to buy a home, the judgement showed up on our credit during the final credit pull... called them and they said "the debt is still outstanding as we haven't collected the funds" we had to pay the debt a third time in order to get a letter of satisfaction so our home loan could be processed. We did receive the two garnishments that happened previously back, which was nice, but that is the most backwards debt collection I have ever heard of. The debt was from 2013 and they never sent any information that they would be going through the courts to garnish our account, it would have been settled quickly if they had done this.

after receiving paper work stating that a creditor was suing me I attempted I filled out forms provided to work out payment arrangements with this company in May. Today two months later I am receiving more legal documents stating attempts to contact me had been made and that I never responded. First of all I have proof that no person from this company called me as I never delete the call history on my phone. I also can pull up itemized billing from cellphone company that shows every call made and received by my phone, this companies phone number is no where on either. Also the paper work copies that were sent to me have my wrong address and the process server person description of me was totally off base, stating I had black hair and was 5ft 6 inches tall but I am blonde and 5ft 10 inches. After looking at this reviews I am suspect as to this companies practices and my legal rights regarding this issue. I am a single Mom on one income living in homeless transitional housing. I can not afford garnishments or loss of income at this time.

This company is cutthroat. They cleared my account and then sent me a certified letter two days after letting me know how to avoid having my account cleared. They will sue you and fail to send you proper notification. They are rude and never get back to you. Thankfully I sold my home and was able to pay.

They emptied all of my bank accounts and put a 1 year hold on them. Unwilling to negotiate. No compassion for the fact that they left our family of 6 without a cent for the next month. Bully tactics. When we tried to negotiate, they said “No. We got what we needed and won’t stop until it is paid.”

I agreed to follow a payment plan for a debt, but they draw the amount from my account on random days instead of the monthly date we agreed upon. Don’t trust this company.
