I’m positive no one actually works here been calling for a month and a few weeks now. No one picks up or calls you back. Nothing just mind numbing music. However at the 30 minute mark it will force you to leave a message and hang up. So I redial over and over. No one picks up.

I have been diligent in calling. Wasting my lunch breaks. Waited in line for 20 mins for an automated message to say "Hello" and hang up. Left several messages with no call back. Document everything. Received documents that they were going to garnish back in June. Immediately set up a payment plan with them to avoid courts. They failed to send a letter to my employer as well as the courts, for over two months after making multiple payments on time with no issues. Called a week ago, they still failed to send that letter after providing the fax number and they said they would send a letter to my employer. A week later, employer never got it. They're taking double the money. I've reached out to an attorney. My credit is hit because they never followed up. Your best bet is to get legal representation. Now they not only took more than double, while still paying on a payment plan, they're STILL GARNISHING MY WAGES WHEN THEY WERENT SUPPOSED TO. Do yourself a favor, update your mailing address and get legal representation. For the second time, I have now been on hold for 20 mins and still waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

They are IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with! I have called many times and sat on hold forever only to then be disconnected, left messages, and emails. They are taking me to court, when I have been trying to set up a payment plan for months to get this resolved. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating!!!

Horrible, nasty, cut throat company. You'll be forced into bankruptcy or homeless before they back off. Disgusting

Been a nightmare with them. I paid my settlement a month ago and every time I call I get the same lies “we will fax your stop order by the end of the day” it’s been a week of this lie and still nothing I cannot believe companies like this GET AWAY WITH IT keep stealing my money every paycheck from my newborn baby you guys are the absolute WORSTE company ever fire your attorneys and get new ones since they never come into the office and are such a pain to get ahold of im beginning to think they don’t even exist. I HATE YOU!
