Extremely professional, understanding and encouraging while trying to resolve a debt I thought was being handled by Debt blue; but was not and it went into judgment. Will be setting up repayment plan. Thank you for easing my anxiety over this issue!

I was served to appear in court by due to being sued by this company. I have tried numerous of times to make an attempt to settle this. left messages even emailed. No one answers. These people are money hungry and only want to take you for everything you own. They say they will be willing to settle out of court however it is not the case. They want to waste your time and money and inconvienince you and scare you.

I am beginning to think this is all a scam, I have been trying to reach this company for a month and I am getting no reply's, I think this whole court thing was a scam

I was sued by this collection company. They buy the debt pennies on the dollar when you go to court they try to negotiate with you before the trial, when presenting the case they do not have your ssn, dob, the account number is blacked out as hiding evidence, and if you say you never lived at the address they have not one detail to associate to you. Even the judge said hiding the account number is term for dismissal. Judges want to dismiss the case they are aware of the situation. Do not let them intimidate you. Go to court
