Attorney David Makofka is the man to call! Not only is he an excellent attorney, but he is an amazing person. I hope I will not need legal services anytime soon, but if I do, this is the only person I will call! He legitimately cares about his clients and is there to support any way that he can! He always responds quickly and answers calls, which is more than I can say about other attorneys. Thank you, David! I am forever grateful for everything you did in my case! It was a challenging time mentally and emotionally; however, I appreciate your kindness and willingness to take my case even though it was last minute and not ideal!

The attorney I originally retained back in 2021 only worked and completed a couple of filings and was not even responding to the opposing counsel inquiries. That should tell you something. Fast forward to July 2022 and with the grace of God and through an amazing woman I was put in touch with attorney David Makofka. I fired my prior lousy attorney and subsequently retained David, who took on the case at the speed of light, guided me through the process without false hopes, or overwhelming legal information. As I type this review, I checked my phone call log.... I only called David three times between July to October and that's because he kept me posted every single step of the way via phone, email, or text. If you are reading this, my best advice: do not hire a 'value' attorney or a large firm. I would instead, pick up the phone and schedule an appointment with David. He is personable, very smart, and before you know it, he will take you to the finish line. David, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel". Thank you for absolutely everything. PS. Seriously the best lawyer. David was able to get me into a mediation and avoid an expensive court case during my divorce. David was very responsive during the whole process and always seemed available via text or phone call whenever I needed him. He was able to explain the process before and during the mediation.
