This is a review for the MMJ Brier Creek office. As a realtor, I need a reachable attorney who can answer my legal questions and provide professional help and advice promptly. I've been working with Daniell Varno, Attorney at MMJ, for more than two years now. Danielle is the best attorney I've worked with. There were times when urgent issues arose and the clients or I needed legal advice, Danielle always responded quickly even when she was in the airport or on an airplane. One time a seller client needed an amendment drafted, but the closing attorney on the buyer side was on vacation and there was no other attorney in her office to do it. I reached out to Danielle and she helped draft the amendment quickly even if it was not her transaction. I am always appreciative of her professionalism and helpfulness to her clients. Desmond, Danielle's paralegal, has always been responsive to questions and follows action items thoroughly. There are so many numbers going in and out in a transaction that could go wrong. Desmond always works closely with me and stays on top to make sure the final numbers on closing documents are correct. I also had a great experience with Eric Dattler, the closing paralegal at MMJ. There was a 1031 exchange transaction that two hours before closing, the exchange company notified MMJ and me of a funds distribution issue. Eric and I had multiple phone calls and email exchanges with the buyer's lender and the exchange company to get the issue resolved, and the buyers were able to close on time. I was grateful for the professionalism of Eric and appreciated him staying on top of the issues under the time pressure and getting it resolved. I highly recommend MMJ, especially Danille Varno. She and Desmond work at the Brier Creek office.
