Ms.Frugoli is by far the worst, District Attorney Marin has ever had ! She believes in unthecial behavior, favoritism, NEPOTISM and most of all no Justice for our family. All there papertrail, documents, evidence and motive...Our oldest sister should be criminal charged with the death of our Dad, however not in Marin ? When your friends with DA, different rules apply to Her... Even your Police department told me personally. " No charges, it's the lawyer involved and amount of family trust , move on with your life ?" After sitting on case For a year, then closing in 24 hours without investing !! How can you ? This didn't happen in your life, it happened to me and my other 2 sisters. 2nd oldest Suffers from M.S. has had 3 strokes bc of outcome of our case. This was premeditated and calculated. Gaslighting, lies, choas , drama. We were not allowed to say goodbye to Dad, Sister didn't want to get caught ! CAN'T PUT A PRICE TAG ON THAT !! Oldest got away with Elder Abuse, and embezzlement...Nice legacy to leave for our parents, Moms brother was Honorable Judge Henry Broderick. He would be embarrassed and ashamed....Appalled like most are !!!!

I have been involved in civil rights advocacy for 11 years now and have been illegally arrested by corrupt police officers whom have had either numerous complaints or federal civil rights lawsuits filed against them, wrongfully convicted in marin kagaroo courts and sentenced to prison terms served in the jail. MCDAO turned me into a felon at 40 years of age. My first criminal trial in 2010 involved a threatening hacked email to the US Government that had two unknown devices running which public defender Michael Coffino, deputy district attorney Tom Brown and judge Paul Haakenson all refused to locate the whereabouts of such email or any validity as to it's writer.. Tom Brown is quoted verbatim "I don't know where this email was sent from", Michael Coffino is quoted verbatim admitting guilt on my behalf to the jury"My client sent this email" and after he returned from vacation which he was allowed to go on in the middle of my trial quoted this upon his return "I refuse to allow my client to testify" whom was replaced by Jose Oliveira when asked to judge Haakenson as well by myself "When will I get to testify" was told by both "You'll have to wait until your attorney comes back from vacation" I made no admissions upon arrest invoking my miranda rights but MCSO deputy Brendan Bosse perjured himself and stated " Mr. Nishi admitted to sending this email" to the jury. End result convicted. Appellate opinion "He could have spoken up" which was never mentioned that I did numerous times and was promised to speak by judge Haaakeson. End result conviction affirmed and the California Supreme Court refused to review the case. My response was a federal lawsuit against the County of Marin Sheriffs office, State of California former DFG (FISH& GAME) and MC ranger district. End result the non public acknowledgement and removal of former DFG President Dan Richards whom was immediately fired(google) by former Governor Brown upon learning of my lawsuit two and half years after it's filing (Alpha lion takes down alpha hyena). My 2015 conviction (public info news meth claim fabricated) involved Judge Chou, DDA Otis Bruce, two court appointed attorneys Robin Brennan and Morgan Daly that allowed NPD officer Michael Puchetti to destroy 6 body camera files of witnesses at Harvest Market which resulted in having to remove the court appointed attorneys and represent myself where thousands of pages of legal documents were filed one being a court enforced discovery for the release of the missing body camera footage that previous footage showed other witnesses. DDA Bruce and NPD were allowed to violate the court enforced discovery never being required to release the material even after a saction motion was filed and is a felony under state law penal code section 141(b)(c)l for district attorneys and police officers to withhold, destroy, mutilate, etc... any video evidence. The cases main witness was an illegal alien gang member Ely Bautista connected to La Familia Michoacan cartel whose homebase is Novato and former MC Sheriff's office employee Cynthia Churchfield whom remembered my lawsuit mentioned during trial and nfluenced all witnesses on body camera spoke for Ely Bautista and was coached on what to say during trial by DDA Bruce whom also coached other Harvest Market employee Tom Davis . End result convicted upon perjured testimony. Judge Chou had a mandatory duty to report DDA to the BAR and didn't. The First District opinion affirmed the conviction which I was never allowed to participate in nor was any claim by myself raised by the court appointed appellate attorney whom only mentioned three weak claims one being that rubbing alcohol is not a hazardous waste which is according to the hazardous waste listed by the federal government.. End result two time felon. My 2018 three months in jail for an illegal lodging charge was dismissd the charges were previously filed in 2014. The statute of limitations expired that double jeopardy under state law occurred. Today: just recharged 4th time again by NPD officer Wax on land that I legally control.

Beware of Dirty McCallister as he is corrupt— he arrested me, put me in solitary confinement and threatened me with 35 years in prison. My crime? I caught my neighbor secretly stalking and filming my children in their home, bedroom and bathroom. I yelled at the camera and flipped it off. When I reported it to Sheriff, they arrested me. Why? Because Dirty McCallister, Corrupt Howard and my neighbor are buddies who love to watch children. They actually used images of me, on my own property, flipping off the camera, and they put me in jail for that. Yet, in their eyes nothing wrong with filming minor children in their home. Can you believe it? Something is wrong with these white males running the justice system. BEWARE!!! The building is nice and Chou is a’ight, Chernus and Fede’ are legit, Jury out on Sweet . Some good Sheriff and bad— some I might consider a friend others —- ouch, but they need to have more manners, either way. Vote THIS NOVEMBER.
