This Family law office are CROOKS! They will take a case and make sure to drag it on and hide behind consultation and creating doubt so they can continue to collect fees and pile on the charges. I am thinking of proceeding with a lawsuit to get funds back, that looking back where totally inflated and unjustifiable. STAY AWAY!! My case is still ongoing after 2 years and I promise it is NOT 2 years complicated but I'm sure they needed the attorney fees. I have been able to get more done without them than with them!

Do your homework, please! I wish I did before hiring Mark to present me in a child support dispute case. Go to the Santa Clara court website and search under his names to see how many clients he has and how many dropped him (substitution of attorney) and look at the average case duration. You will see a pattern. Most cases are 3-5 years and some are still ongoing. I wish I learned that prior to retaining his service. This is A BIG RED FLAG. Mark is not interested in settlement which is always the best route in any legal dispute. Initial interview, he reassured me that my case would resolve quickly and how he protects his client. He convinced me to let him handle my case. I was in for a nasty surprise. No negotiation outside of court. He will do the meet and confer right at the courtroom and easily that's a legal bill of 4 hours + travel time. Expect billings after billings and he always assure me that I'll prevail in my case. I dropped him after burning $20K+ and switched to a lawyer that I did my homework. My case was settled quickly after retaining the new lawyer who I made sure that his track record is pro settlement

Very bad expeience. I posted a review on another webiste and it was taken down due to the fact that vender can get pay to take down bad reviews. Thankfully google is here. I agree with all the negative reviewers here it was bad enough to go through a divorce and it was even bad enough to have bad lawyer who only make matter worse. Mark was never prepared for court, NEVER. My case was dragged out not to my advantage but only to his pocket. Stay away.

Those who gave 5 stars are probably paid advertising. this attorney will burn a hole in your pocket just like he did in mine. I hired another one later on that's much cheaper and get my case done much quicker. He wants to charge for every little thing and he wanted to make it as complicated as possible.
