they never answered the phone and you only have 1 week to pay your whole bill even though your court date is over a month out. they are absolutely horrible!!

Not only did they not correct their deception and lies, they actually took more money and are still refusing to refund. This has been a nightmare. I filed another complaint with the colorado bar association. If this trash tries to get you to settle or share information, do not they will only steal more.

It's a debt collection law firm, so I wasn't expecting to be treated like a queen or anything. No issues, timely with initial communications, no further contact was needed. It's simple, I paid on time and they updated my credit report to reflect what was current. No issues but I am extremely glad it's over now. Pay on time and you won't have any issues either.

Probably a guy who buys old debts for penny on the dollar then sues you for full debt costs. My debt total $400 supposedly but total payments is $1,000 plus. They never answer phone or return calls promptly. They will not provide proof that they are authorized and assigned to collect a debt on a organizations behalf because they are likely not. I am disabled and they were threatning with lawsuit and I signed stipulations under distress. They are taking advantage of a disabled person. I'll be seeing you in court to because $1,000+ payments for a $400 debt that im not sure i owe with no proof that you have been assigned and authorized to collect and no proof of the accounts and amount actually owed if any.

Horrible, horrible company. I called them to clear up a 500.00 outstanding bill. They send me some fake court papers, charge me 1800.00 total and then file garnishment with my ex employer for being 3 days late on a measly 25.00 payment. I sent the remaining balance to them 400.00 and they cant find it!!! Then she expressed sone rude comment about me to my ex employer. When i told the lady we're all humans here, what is wrong with you? She hung up on me... wow
