Like another reviewer had suggested I’d rate this business 0/5 stars if I could. I was assured several times he and his team were experienced in what I needed (probate). Well, I couldn’t have been anymore misled. I’d never actually met Mark nor did he know who I was or what my case was until the day I had finally had enough and called in to “fire” his team. I’m so glad I did. I have since hired another law firm and couldn’t be happier. My only regret is not parting with them sooner, would’ve saved me so much time and headache. I should’ve questioned their credibility when Mark’s paralegal wife, Angel, had me show up at city hall having waited over 1.5 hours just to be told by the clerk that she had filed with the wrong department. The clerk had to pull me aside and explain to me how to file what I needed, I couldn’t believe it. To add insult to injury, I was billed by the hour for that day. Save yourself the time and money and invest in people who actually know what they’re doing.
