Very unprofessional. Called three times to confirm my appointment with this company. Not any point did they tell they were short staff and it’s going to be a long wait. They let me check in and wait 15mins to tell me it’ll be a 45min wait. No apology just ignorance. The shows the supervisor who has crazy attitude and never apologized. I asked for her managers number she stated good luck finding it. Needless to say don’t waste your time. Not all black business is good business. Beware just noticed every time you put a negative review they had like five fake reviews on top. The place is pretty much empty every time I come that should of been my warning sign.

My husband and I decided it was time to find a new dental provider for our kids after having a very poor experience with a dentist office we had been patronizing for 12 years. We are very happy that we chose Lithonia Pediatric Dentistry Stonecrest. The front office staff was efficient, patient, and polite. They verified my insurance before we arrived and there was not a wait before being seen. The appointment for 3 kids was at 11am; we were back in the car at 11:53. All staff members were friendly and professional. My kids were happy when we left. I was even happier for the professional and efficient experience.

I love this practice. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and family oriented. The front desk runs very smooth, so wait times are at a minimum. The communication is constant, before during and after the visit. They spend time loving on your little ones and provide education and tips for parents and kids to keep them healthy.

I love this Dentist office! All of the Dentists work fast and efficiently. The DA's and the Hygienists are friendly and pleasant. They are always attentive to mine and my children's needs. The office is clean. I'm extremely grateful that I found them.????

Awesome customer service. I was in and out. Great conversation great vibe.. clean atmosphere. My baby was put at ease and I felt like I was among family. I will never switch dentists for my baby girl.
