Dr. Yarborough and Nancy Hwang get 5 stars. But unfortunately the practice itself has gone so far downhill I can't go here anymore. The entire practice is too overburdened with patients and you can tell all of the staff is overworked Dr. Doan tells my elderly father he's in perfect health because his labs are good. Meanwhile he has lost 50lbs over a few years and is malnourished and has developed dementia. But that has gone unaddressed for years. Because the labs are great.. Of course blood sugar and lipids would be "normal" when someone is wasting away. And since he has this doctor who tells him he's in perfect health he refuses to go elsewhere
I am a new patient, but an old person. I was treated by Dr. Ramadhar and by Nurse Practitioner Itoro Etim. I am impressed by the knowledge of Dr. Ramadhar and Ms. Etim. They asked all of the appropriate questions, explained everything to me thoroughly, and answered all of my questions. They, and the entire staff of the practice showed concern and care for me. Their behavior was pleasant, professional, courteous, friendly and caring. I recommend this office highly.
I have been a patient here for 51 years - since I was a toddler. I used to love them Now I can't get an appointment for months (when I am sick now), I get blood work and can't get the results and it's been 2.5 weeks and SEVEN phone calls. I don't know what happened since Dr. Schwartz left, but it's gone 100% downhill. Going to a walk-in is way easier than trying to see any physician. Additionally, any physician I do try to build a relationship with, leaves. Sad.
Very good practice and there very understanding Good office to go to
If you like long waits for continuous prescription refils, or appointments and lack of community first efforts this is a place for you. Ever since they were bought out they send people to Southington/New Britain/ other parts of CT for non specialized care or standard physicals. They were much better before they were placed under new management.
