After receiving a speeding ticket, I selected Moseley Matheson. Simply because the ad was the most expensive. I made a big mistake selecting this firm. I would assume this was handled by a rookie attorney. I received the same final disposition, if I would have handled myself. I paid the highest price for legal service and received less than mediocre service. Lesson learned. I will advise everyone I know to select someone else.

After receiving a speeding ticket and a ton of advertisments in the mail this law firm really stood out to me. Finding someone with experience and a background in law was promising. I called the # provided and spoke to someone who only took my info and said I would get a return call with more specific information. The next morning I received a call back from an employee of the law firm asking what I needed, well after that interaction I am concerned this person reflects the service I could receive. nShe was short in tone and did not seem to know or be able to answer my questions with any understanding or clarity. She stumbled through the call with comments to my case that were inaccurate and frusterating. I am calling your office for help and looking for support and instead I hung up feeling baffled and perplexed and almost bad I had bothered someone having a bad day. nI see the experience and other reviews and have to assume the employee at the office I spoke to was not representational of this office but when I tried to call again, the phone ony rang and went to voicemail so I may never know...

Attorney Matheson represented me for a couple of traffic citations that could have been a real pain. Through his clear and thorough communication and prep, he was able to have both charges dismissed.
