Matt is a very responsible attorney who used his weekends days to go through the medical records carefully I had sent to him. Then he made reasonable suggestions to me accordingly. Although so far, he has not decided whether to accept my case, but one thing I’m pretty sure that he is that type of ideal lawyer’s image - sincere, professional, conscientious, careful and ethical.

We had been talking with Mr. Haberkorn regarding a potential medical malpractice case. He stated to us that he very was interested and we gathered all documents to send over to him as he told us he had a "guy" that he wanted to review our medical documents. Shortly after that he emailed us and said he wouldn't represent us and we never heard from him again. We tried emailing back and calling multiple times. We were looking for at least a reason as to why he couldn't take the case or if he even sent the documents to be reviewed. It is an emotional case for us and we wanted some insight to the legitimacy of our case, but he completely ghosted us. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.

Finished my case a few months ago...I can tell you Matt was diligent, bright,and hard-working. He's approachable and down to earth. Matt did not let the opposing attorney take advantage in any way especially when it came to their deposition...great job Matt.

Useless Legal counsels! Don’t waste your time and money with them! Stay away is the best choice.
