One word that describes them is "chicken". If you ever want to get something very simply done by them which requires no intelligence, fine. But add one small curveball to it and they have no clue. What's worst, as your counsel, they don't stand by you and stop responding to messages and emails when you are in need!! I had used them for closing of my property and used their recommended title company for title insurance 3 years ago. When I tried to sell my property recently, they realized the final policy was never issued despite me paying for it. The title company was non-responsive so I reached out to Mitesh and his response was the most lukewarm response that one would ever expect from their lawyer who was involved in the closing. He made attempts to reach out to the title company "requesting for a title policy". The title company had done something weird and messy with the policy and a lien was not cleared. Mitesh was on all emails and as things got complicated, stopped responding to messages!! I had to eventually take it in my own hands, threaten to sue the title company, launch a complaint with NJ Banking and Insurance, resolve the lien issue on my property with the county and regulators' help. One of the two liens were cleared by me digging into the papers that Mitesh's team had prepared!! They could have very well helped out if I, without a law degree and any knowledge on how liens and titles work, was able to resolve it. So much for having a "lawyer" for closing!

Vinay is extremely unprofessional handling my divorce case. I ended up reporting him to ethics grievance comittee for his unprofessional work. The judge agreed to remove him from my case because of his unresponsive and unprofessional work. It is now up to the Ethics Grievance comittee to evaluate the proofs i provided and take action.Very much disappointed.
