Efficiency -10/5 stars Punctuality -20/5 stars Customer service -10/5 stars If you enjoy traveling at a glacial pace, paying the equivalent of NYC transit with service on par to a third world country in 1892 and speaking to service agents that are basically brick walls, this may be the service for you. I also find it particularly helpful that buses are so delayed and then three come together at the same time. For a city that is easily the elite intellectual hub of the world, the poor transportation system here is one of the worst.

I was waiting on a bus, it was almost freezing out. My fiancé gave me the wrong card and on Tuesday February 15th operator 1940 was incredibly professional time was 6:19 PM. You need better drivers like him.

The MBTA ran for over a year during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic! They didn’t shut down or hide! They did us all a huge favor by staying open so essential workers and people without cars could still make it to work, appointments, food shopping, etc…They did it for us! For free! And they did an amazing job of keeping all the buses wiped down and safe! For us! THANK YOU!
