I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this law office, specifically with Ryan McCabe, and it was nothing short of unpleasant. My issue involved an HOA financial matter, and McCabe’s attitude was condescending from the start. He treated me as if I were beneath him, dismissing my concerns and making me feel like my issue was insignificant. It’s no surprise, though—this firm, in my opinion, represents the worst of the legal profession, especially given their involvement as legal representation for local HOAs. They come across as bottom-feeder attorneys, lacking professionalism or basic courtesy. If I could, I wouldn’t give them a single cent for their services. The lack of respect and poor attitude were astounding. I’m certain they’ll respond to this review with the usual deflection, claiming they have no record of me as a client, but anyone who’s had the misfortune of dealing with them knows exactly what I’m talking about. Save yourself the frustration and avoid doing business with this law office. There are far better attorneys out there who will treat you with respect and handle your legal matters with the seriousness they deserve. I absolutely do not recommend them.

I have been trying to contact this firm for a week now regarding my HOA dues. I was unaware my auto payment didn’t not go through. I was as well dealing with a very close loss and was in a hospice house for three months. I have called left messages and messages on their website, I also called the HOA company and they are saying they can’t call this Law Office to find out the disconnect or get someone. I’m very confused, disappointed and frustrated with this situation!! I have been sent to your office via HOA. I have tried to contact your office regarding so responding to say I am not a client shows how much research you’re willing to do. Response in 48hr is a joke I’ve left 3 messages and a reply on the contact us web part of your website.

Do not work with this company. They have no sense of urgency to get anything done. They were involved with helping close on a house for a veteran my husband was representing and they had to push closing multiple times because they wouldn’t do their jobs leading to thousands of dollars spent and leaving this soldier without a home. He then stayed at our home until he could get housing figured out. They were rude on the phone, esp the paralegal in the office, and they don’t return phone calls. They flat out do NOT care and do not have your best interests in mind. Stay away and literally use ANYONE else! Update: response to below comment. Thanks so much for your response. I understand that it is tough around the holidays and I appreciate you guys trying to get the needed paperwork done. The closing date was orignally chosen without any knowledge of their being a problem with the title/deed by seller until later- no fault of anyone’s, it happens. The first time closing was moved was unfortunate but def happens. The closing attorney’s office then discussed with your office a date to change closing to and this next closing date was chosen by the attorney’s after discussing with your office when the paperwork could get done by. This is no fault of my husband’s who did not pick any date but was going with the attorney’s office. The point you missed in my frustration has nothing to do with missing out on commission as this is not my husband’s full time job, but the fact that by not doing YOUR job, you left a veteran without a home until this is resolved. We do not care about the money, we care about people and maybe this is something you all could learn to emulate in your office.

This company will not return phone calls or email correspondence. I do not recommend this company to work with. My attorney WILL be contacting them for a response. (If I could have scored less than 1 Star, I would!)

We’ve called his office four times today trying to pay them because while my husband and I were away on military orders we were unaware auto pay was unsuccessful and decided to send us over to collections with their law firm. Apparently our HOA needs to hire a better law farm because we are literally trying to pay them and nobody will answer the phone or respond to voicemails.
