We thought we were going to dues are Warehouse because we were behind on payments due to some issues. But Tim made certain that wouldn't happen. He worked with the bank and now there is a plan in place for us to make smaller payments for a longer amount of time. It's workable and we will someday own the building and we have him to thank. He is definitely a foreclosure expert whether a house or in our case a commercial property. What is amazing is some of the things we suggested to our bank were shot down but when Tim and us met with them they were much more receptive to the ideas we had. Lawyers can be great!
