Attorney Lacey Wilson helped so much with what I went through. If anyone needs an attorney, call this firm! The experience was stress free for me, and she pointed me in the right direction with guidance. Thank you for everything. I appreciate it!
Don't use this firm. My first lawyer that I signed with was great. She was so sure I had a retaliation case that she took me in pro-bono. Things were going really well with the process for a couple of months. Then I stopped hearing from them. I finally reached out and was told my lawyer had left and that a new one, Anthony Dawkins, was taking my case. I figured everything would be fine but I went months without hearing from them. When they finally started looking at my case and proceeding, I only had a month left in my Right to Sue from the EEOC. We had multiple conversations and he seemed just as confident that I had a case. Two weeks went by and I get a call from him out of no where saying that he doesn't think I have a case and he is dropping me. If I want to proceed, I would have to pay the fees even though the original contract was pro-bono. He wouldn't even try. The worst part is that I have been on top of everything to make sure I get things handled in a timely manner, and he dropped me with only 2 weeks left on my Right to Sue. He didn't try, follow through with the contract, nor did he give me enough time to even find another lawyer. Strongly do NOT recommend.
I recommend this law firm to handle your needs . My team was Ianna Richardson and Mikaela Zulueta. The ladies listened , gave me options to take and described the process throughly . Our communication was mainly email which was easier for me to stay updated . My case was settled shortly after. Easy to recommend
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! The paralegals are the ONLY professionals here and clearly the only ones who like and want to do their jobs. Definitely can NOT say the same for the new addition Kira Fonteneau. So annoyed I waited over 2 months for that waste of time, last minute reschedules, multiple rescheduled meeting.. only plus is that it was via zoom... Please y'all don't do it, seriously you'd probably be better going at your case pro se (yourself), the majority of the "meeting" was spent in silence bc she was Googling laws and policies.
This has been the worst experience ever.I received my settlement check on yesterday went to cash it and of course the check has to be verified. After waiting three hours at a check cashing facility I left without any money. Woke up today and went to the issuing bank and once again the check has to be verified. I've been at this bank for 2 hours and still no one has called at this point I feel like I was scammed
