Julian McMillian, super attorney? YES, he is! Very easy going and never once judged me for being in the situation I was in. This made it very easy for me to talk to him, which in the long run kept me from getting farther and farther in debt. Everything Julian said was going to happen; happened. No hidden surprises or hidden fee's. He is a man of his word and really knows the in's and out's of bankruptcy. Give him a try you won't be sorry! I wasn't the easiest of client's for Julian that is for sure, but he was always very patient and polite. Thank you Julian!

I don't know where to start because Mr McMillan was amazing in so many ways. I had a very complex case. I had been with 2 other well known local attorneys who didn't really know what to do with my case so they did nothing. From the first phone call I had with Mr McMillan I knew he was the attorney I needed. He went above what most attorneys are willing do and he helped me more than anyone ever has. I really can't say enough good things about Mr Mcmillan. I recommend him to anyone who's thinking about bankruptcy. He will be honest even if it's not what you want to hear. Extremely fair on his fees considering he is in my opinion the best attorney you'll ever find. He's very professional and does not waste your time.

I used the service of Julian McMillan and the McMillan Law Group in my issues with Bank of America. He was helpful and patient with me though the entire loan modification process, which he was able get switch me from a 5.75% ARM to a 3.5% fixed for 24 years. nnWhile my payments stayed the same, my money is actually going to principle this time rather than just to interest payments. I am extremely thankful that there are honest attorneys like Julian who really have their customers best interest at heart.

Complete rip off... do not waste your money with this guy at all. He'll take your money and do absolutely nothing. I paid him a thousand dollars to start a contingency case. He did nothing at all. He would not return my calls or emails. I tried getting my money back but he just won't respond. His office is a mess and he seems like a trashy attorney. DON'T DO IT!nAll his reviews with 5 star are fake.

I thought my situation was hopeless and then I called the McMillan law group. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. If you want the best attorney you've found him. McMillan was so efficient and extremely knowledgable and that's what you want when dealing with something as stressful as bankruptcy. After my initial visit with him most of my visits took less than ten minutes but I never felt rushed. He always was able to take my calls or call me back promptly. Same with emails. I never felt left hanging. He even arraigned for me to come in on a saturday once to work with my schedule. I would recommend him to anyone. Mr McMillan was absolutely amazing.
