Was actually referred to them by a couple of friends and another law firm. Was told they were not scared to go after hospitals. They are very scared apparently. They didn't even give me a reason why they wouldn't take the case! Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Paul and his team were very attentive and made it easy for me to focus on getting back to normal while they worked out the details with my insurance company. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have survived a horrible car accident, and during a time when I didn’t even know if I would be able to walk again without assistance, Paul and his team were there for me if I had any questions or needed guidance with the PIP portion of my insurance. We are being served by Tom Behm. He is personable, a good listener, empathetic.....we have confidence in him to help us resolve our case in the best possible manner.
He suggested we reduce our request and I tourney did not go down very much. So the other party offered very little and it was over. No agreements between parties. However that it would not his problem. He made the suggestion. However in his letter to attend he did not tell me there was free parking downstairs 2 hours of parking cost $15 in Grand Rapids. So he is going to suggest they start adding it to their letters to people being invited for mediation.
