Deceptive, Uninformed ,try’s to make up her own laws . Had to be hand held by court appointed Atty alomg with the court appointed mediator as to what was legal and what was not . She was very confused . She started the mediation by herself , decided on her own not to wait for mediator to begin . Switched from a phony kind Kara to an attempt of being intimidating Kara . In the end she lost the case for her client . I actually tried to help her with my exhibits , but she refused to read them . Her angry , name calling client threw them on the floor . I remained calm picked them up , as Kara sat there being unprofessional and lost . Even the name of her firm is not accurate . The Medford Law “Group ” , as in there are other lawyers in the firm. It is only one person , Kara kinnally . Would contact the “ bar association” for a recommendation if you need a qualified housing lawyer..

Kara Kinnally uses deceptive practices, and if you have the money she will lobby a housing court judge in order to win her case. She is incompetent, unprofessional, and was very unprepared for her trial. She was aided by the housing court judge during her trial because she failed to bring with her any of the people who made claims against me so that I could properly cross examine them, as it is my right to question my accuser’s! I was a Pro Se defendant in this case and had little to no experience in judicial protocol, but I had more knowledge of the federal moratorium then Kara Kinnally , and had she not Lobbied the judge to find in her favor she would have very well lost her case to someone with no experience in law at all! She also aided the landlord in this case to use the Medford police to harass, intimidate, and traumatize me using the other tenants to provoke chaos continuously, making it hard to fight my case as well as a miserable living environment! I would be weary and cautious in hiring her as an attorney. When going up against her as a defendant I realized that she’s not well educated in law, but instead, she is willing to use deceptive practices in order to win her case, as her competence level is not up to par to win her cases otherwise! Beware of this attorney and woman who knowingly represented my former landlord who refused to fix my front door which was able to be taken off it’s hinges from the outside, allowing anyone to enter my apartment! She also had knowledge of my landlord living underneath me on the second floor with his tenant and mistress in secrecy, and told them to make so many false claims to the police causing me to be institutionalized and traumatized! She also made a contract with RAFT, and agreed not to proceed with the eviction, but once my landlord received that funding, she continued with the eviction anyway. I believe she personally knows Judge Micheal Malamut of the eastern housing court who has a reputation of siding with the landlord! Both Kara Kinnally and Micheal Malamut had not educated themselves in this case to realize it was black and white my landlord retaliated against me for giving him the federal moratorium (my right as a tenant) as well as bringing up the issue of my very unsafe living conditions, and his other tenants breaking into my apartment and stealing my belongings! Do not use this unprofessional attorney, and waist your time and money; and do not rent an apartment from Gene Citrano, who is a predator and unprofessional landlord!
