BK went very smoothly! Yerica is an excellent paralegal. Filed same day. Meeting with court was on zoom. Took 10 minutes. My attorney, Julie, was there. She was always available to answer questions. This company's a joke they advertise they can get you a loan mod and charged me $1,800 to basically have a paralegal send paperwork I had already submitted,,, just to come back with really no alternative than what I already had on the table... complete waste of time and money go somewhere else and be especially careful if you have Shell point mortgage for a servicer they're horrible
