I'm more upset with the situation after the games the representative played on me to get a few dollars out of me. The negotiation tactics with placing me on hold for long periods of time. Apparently the owed amount doubled because of court fees which is a scam, I never was notified of any court. Honestly, I'm more inclined not to pay them than I was if they would have just been straight forward with me. Absolutely ridiculous the sh#@ you have to go through for something so simple. Games!

Primarily a debt collector. Will try to sue you on the big bank’s behalf regardless of the fact that we’re in a global pandemic or the amount of debt. Preys on fear responses to get money out of struggling people on the behalf of giant banks and corporations. The pandemic isn’t over just because you’re over it. These corporations can take the loss. Small families cannot. Get over yourself.

I was hired for Meirer Njus and Tanick I was welcomed there but I walked out I never walked out on any job I had...I felt that I was being rushed to learn everything in a short amount of time because the person that was training me was leaving the company and it was crazy because I was also being trained over the phone I expressed to them that I didn’t feel comfortable just being just put on the phones By them not listening to me I broken 2 Fdcpa Laws I broken not because I didn’t know what I was doing but I clearly expressed my concerns and no one listened so when I was told that I was so discouraged and so hurt that I just walked out no one never did a follow up with me to see why I didn’t show back up for the position no one even cared this was a terrible experience for me and I was truly happy when I found out that I was excepted for this position with this company the people was cold

My sister had an account with this company and when she called to clarify her account information she put the phone on speaker . Myself and my father got a chance to listen to how “clients” are being spoken to on a daily basis here. Not very professional or inviting . As a company you should aim to practice better manners first and foremost especially when handling clients and their personal information. As for the “owner” who is leaving google replies ; you’re trying to say you don’t have a client with this or that name as a way of trying to invalidate these people with genuine concerns . Quit trying to distract people from the truth and just do a better job at gaining control over your staff. Every company makes mistakes you just need to take the criticism and learn from it. The reality is that your associates in general are doing a bad job at even the basics like greeting a person who is calling . The call took way too long and it was very unbelievable to me that my sister was allowed to be disrespected by these people who are supposed to be providing help.
