I needed to set up a special needs trust and contacted Michael Bailey to do so. I found him to be knowledgeable and personable. In addition to creating the trust document itself, he also provided useful and important information on the proper way to fund the trust. An added bonus to working with Michael Bailey is that he will come to your location to work with you. This proved to be very helpful in my situation when it came time to have my sister, a co-trustee, sign the trust documents. She works in Boulder and we were able to meet there to sign the trust documents without her having to take more than a few minutes away from work. I would highly recommend Michael Bailey for your estate planning needs.

Michael Bailey advised and wrote out our wills. He was knowledgeable and personable. He showed up when he said he would and came prepared. I would have no problem recommending him to my family and friends.

I cannot recommend Michael Bailey enough. I had been putting off working on my end of life documents (will, living will, Power of Attorneys) because I was afraid of working with somebody like attorneys I’ve had to interface with in the past. However, much to my pleasant surprise, Michael put me right at ease and is very easy to work with. He is brilliant, personable, likeable, very accommodating even when I was in error or delayed in responding or making last minute requests. He has a great sense of humor and sincere and caring approach. He is able to explain things extremely well; also a great attribute; not one I’ve commonly found in attorneys who prefer to speak legalese. I ALWAYS felt, throughout the process, that he wanted to understand and represent my wishes and desires rather than using a “cookie cutter” approach or trying to persuade me to change my wishes. I had some "weird" requests and there was no judgment and I was treated with the upmost respect. I cannot recommend Michael Bailey enough. He's truly amazing and I am not being paid for this review. He really is that good!

Michael was very easy to work with to get our will, medical power of attorney and financial power of attorney established. My husband and I have been talking about setting these up for years, and after one phone call, two short visits in our home (at a day and time that were convenient to us), and a very reasonable fee, Michael got it all done!
