The fact that you went in my checking account and take my money without any notice is crazy to me. My first national bank won’t help me get my money back but to tell me to call a number that only lead to nowhere. Nobody answer and I’m over here going crazy and stressed over on how to take care of my bills and my family. That money was my rent money and for me to provide for my two daughters.

Just realized my Chase account was on hold for 1,500? I’m not quite sure what this is about tried calling and didn’t get an answer is there an email I can contact? I’m not quite sure why this is happening and I’m stressed about not being able to use the only money I have would anybody know what I could do? I never got a notice about any debt either or how they had access to my bank account I tried calling to make a claim but was told there was nothing to do to contact the office

I am deeply upset about the lack of respect shown by these individuals. How could they access my account and withdraw funds without any prior notice? I have been trying to reach out to them since I spoke with my bank, but they do not answer the phone or emails. I wouldn't be so distressed if they had only taken money from my account, but they withdrew funds from joint accounts that I was a part of. That money was not theirs to take, and I am unable to contact them to obtain any further information.

They took $1300 from my bank of america checkings account with no warning whatsoever . & the number thats on the email THEY WONT-PICK UP !!!!!!!!! i've called 7 times 3 voicemails & nothing. Im suing this bastard this is BS !!!!!!!!

Yup don't ever let spouse get cards under your name check up on your credit the only complain I have with this firm is for a so call professional certified letters sent are open not closed and the papers inside are supposed to be 12 pages front and back have pages 1-2 5-6 And 11-12 I did pick up open from post office and I think I'm missing letters
