Great experience! The Law Office of Michael J Belle was unbelievable in helping me close on a small horse farm I sold to a couple from New York. My buyers made a decision to purchase the day they were flying back to New York City. Called Michael Belle to see if he could put together a contract before their flights in a few hours. Even though Michael and his paralegal were in closings that morning, he found time to work up a complete contract that my buyers and I were able to sign before they left. And I was under contract! On the scheduled closing day, I arrived to sign papers and no buyers were there as expected. Their flight from LaGuardia was cancelled! Now What? This was no problem for Michael Belle. He worked out getting their signatures remotely and payment arranged before I arrived. I was able to sign and finalize receipt of my wire payment at the scheduled meeting time…no waiting. The deal was closed on time! This deal had a few wild pitches thrown and Michael Belle and his staff wacked them out of the park efficiently, professionally and on time. It was like he had seen all this before... which I'm sure he has.
