I spent a great deal of time researching trust attorneys in Las Vegas while also getting many recommendations. I selected The Law Office of Michael Cahill to amend an existing personal trust and create a new and separate family trust. Recognizing both trusts were complicated, a knowledgeable and experienced trust attorney was needed. After explaining to Michael how I 'basically' wanted each trust to be structured, he provided the amendment and trust exactly as I perceived them to be written. He also provided several fail-safe self-protection clauses for my benefit which I was unaware were available. To summarize my perception of Michael himself, he is clearly very knowledgeable in trust law and solely focused on the needs and benefit of his client(s). He is extremely personable and trustworthy. Also, his fees are more than reasonable for the quality of services he provides. I honestly believe that no other trust attorney could have provided better services for my benefit.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Cahill and Ashley, his assistant. He handled my mom’s probate case the best way possible so that we could move forward with selling the property. Lessons learned and he then helped my husband and I get our estate planning completed and created our trust so that our daughter doesn’t have to go through what I did.
