I thought lawyer ambulance chasers were something fictional like better call saul, but the elman group proved me wrong. Joe Elman was responsive initially in getting my case but after I signed the retainer the quality went WAY down. Lack of clear and effective communication between the office, Elman, and the clerks. Elman is rude, he was annoyed or couldn't be bothered whenever I had questions or requested updates. Had to send documents relevant to my case multiple times to the office b/c they were either lost or not organized. Seems like the office has a lot of staff turnover because I talked to multiple clerks and lawyers in my personal injury case that had no idea what was happening and weren't at the office by the end. Find a different Law office group that has compassion and professionalism for their clients.
