I recently reached out to Attorney Robertson via email for the purposes of consultation regarding a consumer protection issue. Not only was he timely and courteous in responding and reaching back out to me, but the advice he has provided to me is more than worth it's weight in gold. Do your homework. I should have. Initially, I spoke with the secretary on the phone. He encouraged me to make a phone appointment with Micheal for $25. Egging me on, the secretary led me to believe I had an easy case. I then spoke to Micheal, and within a minute, I was succinctly told it's not cost effective to hire an attorney for small claims court for such a small amount. Micheal was abrupt, condescending, and didn't even give me the courtesy or opportunity to explain my situation. The secretary is in on the act too. He did an excellent job of swindling me out of a few bucks. Micheal should take the moral high ground and hire a paralegal to filter out those of us without a case. Micheal, you took me for 25 bucks. Not much, but enjoy.

While he did not take my case, he WAS kind enough to spare me a good chunk of his time to tell me the best ways to proceed and which paths to take. If taking those paths end up requiring the need of an attorney, I will definitely call Michael.

the lawyer failed to keep the appointment. after Several days he called me to ask who I was and tell me that my information did not appear in the system. He never apologized for the misunderstanding with his secretary.
