If you’re looking for caring lawyers, you’re looking at the wrong place. I filed 2 years ago in 2021, Hector Diaz assured the process would take about 2 years to be completed. Here I am 2 years later and I’m not even half way through the process. 2 years of waiting for an approval of an I-130. I called on Monday to get an update and the receptionist took down my info to call back because the lawyer assistant was on lunch time, understanding but here I am 3 days later and I’m still waiting for a call back. I have 3 other family members who are also handling their immigration process with Hector Diaz and they have the same complaints as I do. Really wish I would’ve looked into them before having them handle my case.
