Micro Current Technologies Corporation

We bought a micro current home care unit from the distributor in Vancouver Wa (Precision Distributing). After 6 weeks the plug broke with regular use by my wife. We returned it to the manufacturer Micro Current Technology for warranty work but were told it wouldn't be covered as it was wear and tear. We are very disappointed in this company and their warranty. Personal use of this device over six weeks would not cause damage to a plug unless it was faulty. They don't seem to stand by their products despite the cost being $1600. The repair bill was $120. Very disappointed. Avoid this company unless they improve their service and warranty. Buyer beware!!!!!

I have been using my Bio Therapeutic device (E 2000) for over 18 years. This Micro Current equipment has been excellent! Not only do I do "Series" of Micro Current Toning Facials...I also incorporate micro-current in my daily menu of Facials. My clients LOVE the sensation & results!! Recently I did have to rely on Bio-Therapeutic to do some Upgrades to my device as I choose to keep current offering the latest & the greatest to my clients. I have nothing but the HIGHEST praise for BT in their customer service...they did my services immediately AND shipped my device back to me within 2 days!
