They took a completely confusing situation and made it as simple as could be. Staff is very friendly, helpful and available which was priceless! I highly recommend that you not think about using their firm but rather just do it! 5 stars is not enough for the job they did for me and I sincerely thank them for all they've done!

They did a fantastic job. Pretty painless procedure for me. These guys did this for me in record time. I figured I would be waiting years for a decision. My settlement from start to finish was less than a year. I would highly recommend Midwest disability. Thanks you guys.

Extremely disappointed! Never, not once, did I get to talk to the attorney who was listed to represent me (F. Anthony Mannella) — not even when I was with the judge. Right before the judge interview I was rushed papers to sign for a different attorney to represent me or I wouldn’t have representation (talk about stressful - see below). I was contacted by social security more than once informing me that the case would close if the paperwork wasn’t submitted soon. I had to continuously contact Midwest Disability (who didn’t realize they had the paperwork until I called) and I was transferred to so many people that the long list of names of people I talked with would boggle your mind. No one seem to knew me “what was your name” or my case “let me look it up”. I completed forms with no advice. Worse of all, I still cringe at the few minutes of conversation with my “new attorney “ before talking with the judge (she gave me no helpful tips or advice - she did give me her name) so I felt extremely unprepared - and yes, I still feel sick just thinking about it. My advice, get an attorney somewhere near you where you both can communicate together (in his/her office) and the staff get to know you. I was fooled by the five stars (friends of attorney?) Be smart, sit down with your attorney and look into his/her face before signing and let your attorney “see/hear” your struggle- so he/she may actually care if you win or lose! SHAME on you Mannella!

I'm very happy with the representation and all the clerks and Paralegals who helped me when I was nervous and upset. They helped calm me down. When my lawyer got in touch with me to go over my hearing she was gracious enough to listen to all my concerns and called me the day of my hearing to make sure I was OK and she did wonderful at my hearing. I thought they were kind and compassionate. I'm a worrier and they had no problems making me feel at ease. I was dealing with them for just under a year. They were efficient they had everything I needed for my hearing and walk me through everything and help me understand the process. I can't give them enough stars.

Very professional, I didn't have to worry about anything. My was done on a timely fashion. We had plenty of documentation to prove my disability. There was no up front cost, they received fee when the cast was over. Great job!!!
