Esfand Nafisi and team did an amazing job handling a difficult case. The problem was with the HTC bolt. They got myself and others a nice check and the best part is HTC can no longer sell the faulty bolt phone anywhere in the United states. I am beyond content with Migliaccio & Rathod they heard our voices and concerns in regards to the Microsoft flickering issue on our Surface Pro 4. They started a class action investigation and in turn Microsoft created a replacement program for those who were affected by this defect that couldn’t be fixed with an update. They saved me replacement fees since this occurred as soon as the warranty had expired. Bruno Ortega-Toledo was prompt with emails and very helpful. I just want to say Thank you!!!
